Ingredients
- 1 c. whipping cream, whipped
- 1 tsp. sugar (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. prepared horseradish
Method
- Whip cream to soft peaks, gradually adding sugar, dry mustard and salt.
- Fold in horseradish.
- Makes about 2 cups.
- Best with beef.
- Very good.
