Ingredients

  • 3 slice Sliced cheese
  • 50 ml Milk
  • 50 grams Cake flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 25 grams Sugar
  • 1 dash Salt

Method

  • Tear the cheese with your hands.
  • Pour the milk into a heatproof bowl, and add the cheese.
  • Microwave it on the 'heat milk' mode to melt the cheese.
  • Add the sugar and a small amount of salt (to your liking) and mix.
  • Sift in flour and baking powder at once, and mix.
  • Put cupcake liners (about 7 cm in diameter) in ramekins and pour the mixture.
  • Steam for 10 minutes over high heat, and it's done.
