Ingredients
- 25 red bell peppers
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. vinegar
- pulp of 1 orange, remove seeds
Method
- Wash and remove seeds from bell peppers and grind or chop.
- Add all ingredients together.
- Boil 1/2 hour.
- Put in hot half pint jars.
- Seal with lids that have been boiled and are hot.
- Put jars in boiling water bath.
- Boil for 20 minutes.
- Makes 12 half pints.
