Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 (12 oz.) can Mexican corn
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Method
- In heavy skillet with cover, melt butter; add remaining ingredients.
- Stir to blend.
- Cover and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until crisply tender, 8 to 10 minutes.
