Ingredients
- 270 grams Peanut Butter
- 100 grams Caster Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 Egg
- 80 grams Dairy Free Chocolate Chips Or Chopped Peanuts
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (355°F).
- Beat peanut butter, caster sugar, baking powder and egg. Stir in chocolate chips or peanuts.
- Divide into 9 balls and then flatten into thick discs with a fork. Bake for 12 minutes.
- Allow to cool before enjoying.
