- 1/2 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 13 whole Pitted Dates
- 1/4 cups Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 teaspoons Maple Syrup
Method
- Add the oats to a food processor and process for about 20-30 seconds until they form a flour-like consistency. If you want your date balls to have more texture, just process the oats less. Add the dates and process another 20-30 seconds, then add the peanut butter and the maple syrup. Process until it all comes together in a crumbly delicious mixture. Roll into 1-inch balls and store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to eat!
