Ingredients
- 1 lb semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 c half-&-half
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 T vanilla
- 8 egg yolks
Method
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Whisk chocolate into HOT half & half until it melts and is smooth. Whisk in butter and vanilla. Beat egg yolks in medium bowl, slowly whisk chocolate mixture into egg yolks. Bake in a greased springform pan for 30 min. Center will be soft.
