Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) flounder fillets
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
- 1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. tomato juice
Method
- Sprinkle flounder with garlic salt and pepper.
- Place in baking dish.
- Add oregano and wine vinegar to tomato juice.
- Pour over fish.
- Broil about 3-inches from heat for 10 minutes or until fish flakes.
- Serves 2.
