Ingredients
- 1 flank steak (1 3/4 to 2 lb.)
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Method
- Place steak in a shallow baking dish.
- Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well.
- Pour over steak; cover and marinate in refrigerator for 4 hours, turning occasionally.
- Remove steak, reserving marinade for basting.
- Grill 5 inches from hot coals about 4 minutes on each side, turning frequently and basting with marinade.
- Serve, slicing across grain into thin slices.
