Ingredients
- 2 qt. milk
- 3 c. buttermilk
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- approximately 1 Tbsp. cornstarch, in 1/2 c. cold water
Method
- Place milk and buttermilk in a kettle.
- Beat eggs; add sugar and salt.
- Add to milk and cook over low heat for two hours. Thicken with cornstarch.
