Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. whipping cream (makes 2 c. after whipping)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Method

  • Blend mayonnaise and sugar into softened cream cheese.
  • Add fruit and nuts, then fold in cream which has been whipped and to which the powdered sugar and vanilla have been added.
  • Pour into a large rectangular pan or glass dish.
  • Freeze at least 6 hours before serving.
