Ingredients

  • 6 each fish fillets
  • 3 each tomatoes ground, strained
  • 2 each onions
  • 1 each green bell peppers chopped
  • 10 each olives pitted
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 each laurel leaf
  • 6 each garlic cloves
  • 1 x vegetable oil
  • 1 x salt

Method

  • Fry the garlic in a frying pan until golden.
  • Clean the fish filets and in the same grease, fry the fish until golden on both sides.
  • Fry the onion until transparent.
  • Add the tomato and the pepper and fry until the flavor peaks.
  • Add the olives, vinegar and laurel.
  • Cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
  • Pour the salsa over the fish filets and serve immediately.
