Ingredients
- 2 c. vinegar (cider)
- 1 c. oil
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- chicken
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Wash chicken (legs, thighs or breasts).
- Place on outdoor grill and baste with mixture, turning chicken and basting every few minutes.
- Grill until chicken is done.
- Chicken will have a black crispy look because of the poultry seasoning.
