Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 c. milk
- 1 large can peaches
Method
- Beat eggs until thick and foamy.
- Sift together dry ingredients and add to eggs.
- Beat, beat and beat.
- Add milk and beat some more.
- Pour mixture over peaches (or other fruit) in casserole or any baking dish.
- Bake at 325° until it sets (about one hour).
