Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 ready to use 9-inch graham cracker crust
Method
- Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed until well blended.
- Add eggs; mix until blended.
- Pour into crust.
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
- Cool.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Top with 2 cups of assorted fruit of choice.
