Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Fettuccine
  • 2 tbsp. Butter
  • 1\2 C. Onion, chopped
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1\2 tsp. Paprika
  • 1 10 oz. pkg. Spinach, chopped
  • 3\4 C. Beef Broth
  • 3\4 C. Sour Cream
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp. Flour

Method

  • Cook pasta according to directions, Meanwhile, in large skillet, melt butter. Add onion, garlic and paprika; cook until tender. Add spinach and beef broth; heat to boiling.
  • Reduce heat simmer for 3 min. Stir flour into sour cream.
  • Remove pan from heat; stir in sour cream mixture. Toss drained pasta with sauce; serve at once.
