Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Fettuccine
- 2 tbsp. Butter
- 1\2 C. Onion, chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1\2 tsp. Paprika
- 1 10 oz. pkg. Spinach, chopped
- 3\4 C. Beef Broth
- 3\4 C. Sour Cream
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp. Flour
Method
- Cook pasta according to directions, Meanwhile, in large skillet, melt butter. Add onion, garlic and paprika; cook until tender. Add spinach and beef broth; heat to boiling.
- Reduce heat simmer for 3 min. Stir flour into sour cream.
- Remove pan from heat; stir in sour cream mixture. Toss drained pasta with sauce; serve at once.
