- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. diced tomatoes
- 1 c. cooked carrots
- 1/2 c. diced green peppers
- 1 pkg. chicken Rice-A-Roni
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. diced onions
- 1 can tuna, drained
Method
- Prepare Rice-A-Roni as on package; cool.
- Cook carrots 5 minutes or until tender, but not soft.
- Cool.
- After cooked ingredients have cooled, mix all together with 1/2 cup mayonnaise; chill.
- Serves 4 to 6.
