Ingredients
- 2 cans long asparagus spears, drained
- 12 cherry red tomatoes
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 small bottle stuffed green olives, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle red wine vinegar or South Seas salad dressing
Method
- Marinate for 2 hours or overnight in long low bowl.
- Marinade is simply 1 (8 ounce) bottle of red wine vinegar or South Seas salad dressing.
