Ingredients
- 1 (5 oz.) pork roast, boned, rolled and tied
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 c. orange marmalade
- 1 (1-inch) piece ginger root
Method
- Place roast, fat side up, on rack in roasting pan.
- Bake at 325° for 2 to 3 hours.
- Combine garlic, marmalade and ginger root in saucepan.
- Cook over low heat until bubbly, stirring constantly.
- Remove garlic and ginger root.
- Brush glaze over roast 2 to 3 times during the final 30 minutes of roasting.
- Serve on platter.
- Garnish with orange slices.
