Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 6 teaspoons low fat yogurt
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 9/16 pound beef carpaccio
- sea salt flakes Black Cyprus
- dill dried
Method
- In a bowl, add the mustard, yogurt, and milk. Mix well.
- Place the slices of beef on a serving plate.
- Top with the sauce.
- Season with salt and garnish with dill.
