Ingredients
- 10 to 12 lb. turkey
- 1 c. oil
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Wash turkey; rub down with oil and melted margarine.
- Add water to roasting pan with turkey.
- Make a tent out of foil to cover the bird.
- Place in oven at 325° and bake for 4 hours. Baste continuously.
- Take pan drippings and add to dressing.
