Ingredients
- 1 fennel bulb large, thinly sliced
- 1 pear unpeeled, sliced
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese shaved
Method
- Arrange fennel and pear slices in a shallow serving bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Season to taste and top with parmesan.
