Ingredients
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 can condensed cream soup (mushroom, onion, etc.)
- 4 lb. beef roast
Method
- Wipe roast off.
- Place in foil lined pan.
- Sprinkle canned soup on top.
- Sprinkle soup mix on top of that.
- Wrap in foil and seal ends.
- Bake in 350° oven for about 3 hours.
- Stir drippings from pan and you have a great roast with gravy.
