Ingredients
- 1 baked 9-inch pie shell (I use Pet-Ritz deep dish)
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1/2 pt. heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Method
- Cream confectioners sugar and cream cheese in bowl until soft. In separate bowl, whip cream with vanilla and confectioners sugar to taste.
- Combine contents of both bowls and pour into cooled pie crust.
- Cover with cherry or your choice pie filling and refrigerate until ready to serve.
