Ingredients
- 4 strips bacon, cooked
- 1 1/2 shredded potatoes
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. shredded cheese
Method
- Fry bacon; let cool.
- Use bacon grease to fry potatoes.
- Add crumbs.
- Add eggs.
- Keep stirring.
- Put into casserole dish. Crumble bacon over top.
- Crumble cheese over top.
- Put in oven to melt cheese.
- Can refrigerate overnight.
- Bake in slow oven.
