Ingredients
- 1/2 c. chili sauce
- 1/2 c. currant jelly
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 1 lb. Polish sausage
- 1 medium can pineapple chunks, drained
Method
- Combine first 4 ingredients to make sauce.
- Simmer sauce until jelly is melted.
- Saute sausage and combine with sauce; also add pineapple.
