Ingredients
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) evaporated milk
- 4 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. (5 3/4 oz.) milk chocolate pieces
- 2 pkg. (6 oz.) semi sweet chocolate pieces
- 3 sticks margarine
- 1 jar (9 oz.) marshmallow cream
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Place evaporated milk and sugar in a large saucepan.
- Stir well and bring to a boil.
- Let boil 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- While milk and sugar are boiling, place milk chocolate and semi sweet chocolate pieces, margarine and marshmallow cream in a large mixing bowl.
- When milk mixture is ready, pour over chocolate mixture and stir until blended.
- Add vanilla and nuts.
- Pour into a buttered 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Chill until firm and cut and enjoy.
- Yields 5 pounds.
