Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. each: sugar, vinegar, butter
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 grated onion
- 1 large grated green pepper
Method
- Stir together sugar, vinegar and butter.
- Add egg yolks.
- Stir slowly and constantly over medium-low heat until just below the boiling point. Mixture will be blended and thickened.
- Cool completely. Combine and stir in all other ingredients. Serve with raw vegetables.
