Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 2/3 c. lemon juice
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 (16 oz.) container Cool Whip
  • 3/4 c. English walnuts
  • 2 (9-inch) graham cracker crusts

Method

  • Mix condensed milk, lemon juice, pineapple and mandarin oranges well.
  • Add nuts, blending well.
  • Fold in Cool Whip and blend together.
  • Pour mixture into crusts.
  • Cover with plastic liner from crusts' package (inverted).
  • Refrigerate several hours before serving.
  • Makes 2 pies.
