Ingredients
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn (do not drain)
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 stick soft oleo
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Method
- Mix all ingredients.
- Bake 35 to 45 minutes in 350° oven in a 9 x 18-inch buttered pan.
