Ingredients
- 1 jar pickled watermelon rind
- 1 pkg. bacon
Method
- Heat oven to 375°.
- Cut bacon slices in half.
- Wrap each piece of watermelon rind with bacon; secure with toothpick.
- Place in a greased baking dish.
- Bake at 375° for approximately 20 minutes. Bacon should be done well.
- Serve warm.
