Ingredients

  • lettuce
  • green peppers
  • carrots
  • onions
  • celery
  • 1 can garden peas, drained well
  • chopped boiled eggs

Method

  • In large serving bowl (clear one looks pretty), layer all vegetables.
  • All ingredients should be chopped or shredded. After all vegetables are in put a layer of mayonnaise over them, making sure to cover all vegetables.
  • Sprinkle sugar over mayonnaise and top with a layer of shredded cheese and crumbled bacon.
  • Let sit overnight and mix well before serving.
