Ingredients
- lettuce
- green peppers
- carrots
- onions
- celery
- 1 can garden peas, drained well
- chopped boiled eggs
Method
- In large serving bowl (clear one looks pretty), layer all vegetables.
- All ingredients should be chopped or shredded. After all vegetables are in put a layer of mayonnaise over them, making sure to cover all vegetables.
- Sprinkle sugar over mayonnaise and top with a layer of shredded cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Let sit overnight and mix well before serving.
