Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. drained, canned small English peas
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pickles
- 1 pimento, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- low calorie salad dressing
Method
- Combine all ingredients except dressing.
- Moisten with dressing.
- Serve on lettuce.
- Yields 6 servings.
