Ingredients
- 1 can green English peas
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 1/4 c. cheese, grated
- 1/4 c. margarine
- cracker crumbs for topping (saltine)
Method
- Cook peas in margarine for 10 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together and pour into a 2-quart casserole dish. Crush about 1/2 package of saltine crackers and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
