Ingredients
- 46 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
- 1 small can chocolate syrup
- 1/2 c. oleo, softened
- 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Combine cookie crumbs and oleo in a bowl, mixing well.
- Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Slice ice cream and press over cookie mixture.
- Spread with Cool Whip.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Top with pecans.
- Freeze until firm.
