- 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 1 stick oleo
- 2 cans English peas, drained
- 1 c. water chestnuts, cut up
- 1 small jar pimento, cut up
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- buttered bread crumbs
Method
- Cook onions, celery and bell pepper in oleo until soft.
- Add English peas, chestnuts, pimento and mushroom soup.
- Pour into a buttered casserole and cover with bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes until brown and bubbly.
