Ingredients

  • 1 cup Whole Milk, Almond Milk Or Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 cups Sucanat/ Raw Cane Sugar, Or 1/4 Cup Pure Maple Syrup Or 1/2 Teaspoon Stevia
  • 2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Almond Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

Method

  • Whisk together milk, cream, sweetener and cocoa powder in a medium saucepan over medium heat. When the mixture begins to steam up from pan, remove from the heat.
