Ingredients
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole corn, drained well
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. milk
- bread or cracker crumbs
Method
- Mix all ingredients and pour into greased casserole dish. Evenly spread bread or cracker crumbs over top.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.
- Can be refrigerated without bread crumbs if fixed earlier.
- Uncover; spread topping and bake.
- Serves 6 to 8.
