Ingredients
- 1 c. breadcrumbs, soaked in 1 cup milk 15 minutes
- 1 heaping Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese
- 1 beaten egg
- salt and cayenne pepper
Method
- Add cheese to butter when melted.
- To the crumb mixture, add the egg and seasonings.
- Blend all together until smooth.
- Serve on crackers or toast.
