Ingredients
- 2 c. peeled, diced potatoes
- 2 c. diced squash (yellow)
- 2 c. cut okra
- 2 c. diced green tomatoes
- 1 small onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. cornmeal
Method
- Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Be sure meal covers all ingredients well. Place ingredients in large 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake in oven until veggies are brown and tender. Bake at 350°.
