- 1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix
- 13 cup irish cream
- 14 cup rum
- 12 cup miniature chocolate chip
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
- 34 cup egg substitute
- 1 egg
- 14 cup oil
- 18 cup unsweetened applesauce
Method
- Mix pudding and cake mix, reserving 2 T cake mix.
- Make a well and add all other ingredients except chocolate chips and 2 T cake mix.
- Beat on high for 5 minutes.
- Toss chips with remaining cake mix, then fold into batter.
- Bake at 325 for 60 minutes.
