Ingredients

  • 1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix
  • 13 cup irish cream
  • 14 cup rum
  • 12 cup miniature chocolate chip
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
  • 34 cup egg substitute
  • 1 egg
  • 14 cup oil
  • 18 cup unsweetened applesauce

Method

  • Mix pudding and cake mix, reserving 2 T cake mix.
  • Make a well and add all other ingredients except chocolate chips and 2 T cake mix.
  • Beat on high for 5 minutes.
  • Toss chips with remaining cake mix, then fold into batter.
  • Bake at 325 for 60 minutes.
