Ingredients
- 12 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 3 tablespoons sherry wine vinegar
- 1 large shallot, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 34 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
Method
- Puree all ingredients in a blender or shale to combine.
