Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground meat
- onion
- chili powder
- garlic salt
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- Worcestershire sauce
- bell pepper
Method
- Brown ground meat with seasonings and let simmer 30 or 45 minutes.
- Take corn tortillas and soften in hot grease just a second.
- Drain and roll with meat mixture, cheese and onion.
- Top with small can of chili and enchilada sauce mixture.
- Cover with onion and cheese and bake until hot.
