Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Lawry's enchilada seasoning
- 1 pkg. skinned chicken breast
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 can olives, sliced
- 1 pkg. grated Jack cheese
- 1 pkg. corn tortillas
Method
- Mix onions and cheese.
- Cut up boiled chicken.
- Dip tortillas into enchilada sauce (prepared according to package directions). Fill with chicken, cheese, onions, tomatoes and olives.
- Roll up and put in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Pour the remaining sauce over top and sprinkle with grated Jack cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350°.
