- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 onion, small and chopped
- 1 (10 ounce) can enchilada sauce
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 72 inches corn tortillas
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In large skillet cook ground beef, drain.
- In large bowl, stir together onion, enchilada sauce, soups and milk.
- Layer half of each, beef, tortillas, soup mixture, and cheese in a 3 qt baking dish.
- Repeat layers except for cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 40 minutes, sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake additional 5 minutes.
