Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 onion, small and chopped
  • 1 (10 ounce) can enchilada sauce
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 72 inches corn tortillas
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In large skillet cook ground beef, drain.
  • In large bowl, stir together onion, enchilada sauce, soups and milk.
  • Layer half of each, beef, tortillas, soup mixture, and cheese in a 3 qt baking dish.
  • Repeat layers except for cheese.
  • Bake uncovered for 40 minutes, sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake additional 5 minutes.
