Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • chopped onion to taste
  • 1/2 pkg. enchilada sauce mix
  • 1 Tbsp. Accent
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 3/4 to 1 c. water
  • 4 or 5 tortillas
  • grated Cheddar cheese
  • grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pkg. chili mix

Method

  • Brown hamburger and onions.
  • Add chili mix, enchilada mix, tomato sauce, water and Accent.
  • Simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Put a little of sauce on bottom of 2 or 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. Place 2 tortillas on sauce; add more sauce and sprinkle cheese (both kinds) on sauce.
  • Repeat layer, ending with cheese.
  • Bake in 350° to 375° oven until bubbly and cheese melted.
