  • 3/4 tsp. Tabasco
  • 2 lb. sliced maters
  • 2 Tbsp. cider vinegah
  • 1 c. roughly ground Munster chez
  • 2 qt. cubed aigplant
  • 2 c. diced zucchini squash
  • 1 c. English peas
  • 3 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. raw rice
  • 1/2 c. uv watah

Method

  • Oil a 3-quart casserole ('r 2 different smaller dishes; freeze one fur later).
  • Dump ingredients in bowl 'ceptin 'maters, rice, 'n several tablespoons oil, vinegah 'n watah, 'n mix.
  • Now layer maters.
  • Kiver wid 1/2 uv vegetubles.
  • Sprinkle 1/2 uv rice, a few more maters 'n vegetables n rice 'n top wid maters.
  • Pore 3 tablespoons olive oil, vinegah 'n watah over top 'n bake kivered fur 2 hours in 350° stove.
