Ingredients
- 1 gal. okra, cut
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. salt
- water
Method
- Put okra, vinegar and salt into large pan. Put just enough water to cover okra. Bring to a boil. Boil for 6 minutes, covered. Pack into sterilized jars and seal. You don't need to process.
