Ingredients
- 3 heads cabbage (medium)
- 7 green tomatoes
- 10 or 12 hot peppers
- 1 Tbsp. pickling salt (to each qt.)
Method
- Chop cabbage, then dice up tomatoes and peppers; mix well. Put in quart jars.
- Add 1 tablespoon pickling salt to each quart, then fill with water.
- Let stay in a warm place for about 4 days and then tighten your lids tighter.
