Ingredients
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 5 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Method
- Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Combine egg yolks and remaining ingredients; beat smooth.
- Fold in egg whites.
- Chill; pour into glasses.
- Sprinkle with additional nutmeg if desired. Makes 8 (6 ounce) servings.
